The DERILA pillow is very comfortable, light, and soft, adapting wonderfully to my neck, throat, and head. Since having the pillow, I sleep much better and wake up feeling rested, so it obviously also improves my breathing during sleep. It was an adjustment the first evening and after that i absolutely noticed a lighter feeling upon awakening with my neck as well as a little longer sleep!!! I`ve been suffering from sleepiness for 17 years. And for all those 17 years, I`ve only slept with a mask.
